David Dekle is a highly rated trial attorney with nearly 30 years of experience in both state and federal courts. David is a graduate of the University Of Georgia School of Law and a former insurance defense lawyer. He gained expertise defending large corporations, local governments, physicians, and insurance companies in serious injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. Since 2012, David has dedicated his practice to the representation of individuals in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. These cases often are the result of automobile accidents, tractor trailer accidents, slip and fall accidents, product liability and defect claims, medical malpractice, and more.

David has a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia. At the University, he served as president of his third year law school class. Before law school, he worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. David has served on the Executive Board of the Augusta Bar Association and in several other professional organizations. Presently, David serves as the elected County-wide Chairman of the Columbia County Board of Education as well as the Serenity Behavior Health Community Service Board. He is married to Patricia, and they have five children. David and his family are members of Journey Community Church in Evans, GA.
